Part of #19.

Goal

Selecting a block opens a side panel with the settings for that block type.

Requirements

Text and heading: font family, size, weight, line height, colour, alignment, spacing (margin/padding).
Button: label, link URL, background colour, text colour, corner radius, width (full width or auto), alignment, border (width, style, colour).
Image: upload a file or paste a URL; alt text is required; width; optional link; alignment. Uploads are stored locally by Postak.
Any block: background colour and padding.
Values left empty inherit from the template theme. A 'Reset to theme' control clears a block's overrides.
Changes show on the canvas right away and are undoable.
All controls have labels and work by keyboard.

Acceptance

Each listed setting changes the canvas and the generated HTML.
An image block without alt text can't be saved and shows a clear message.
Uploaded images are served by Postak and stay available after a restart.
