Goal

A canvas where an email is built from a vertical list of blocks.

Requirements

Block palette: heading, text, button, image, divider, spacer, 2-column row, 3-column row, social links, footer.
Add a block from the palette at the end or between existing blocks.
Reorder by drag and drop.
Keyboard-accessible reorder: each block has Move up / Move down controls that work by keyboard and announce the new position to screen readers.
Duplicate and delete on every block. Delete can be undone.
Undo/redo for every change (add, move, duplicate, delete, content and style edits), with buttons and Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z (Cmd on macOS).
Column rows hold their own blocks per column.
The document is stored as JSON (blocks + settings) so it can be re-edited later.

Acceptance

Every palette block can be added, moved, duplicated and deleted using mouse only and keyboard only.
Undo/redo walks back and forward through at least 50 steps.
Saving and reopening gives the same layout.
