Goal: support MJML, a markup language that produces responsive, email-safe HTML, as a template and campaign type for advanced users.

Plan

Compile MJML on the server with the mjml package (pinned version, run in a worker with a time limit).
Show compile errors in the editor, and preview the result.
Keep this separate from the visual block builder (#19). The block builder could output MJML internally.
