Today: opening a project lands on the contacts list.

Plan

  • New project overview page (/projects/:id). The contacts list moves to /projects/:id/contacts.
  • One card per section (Contacts, Segments, Campaigns, Templates, Forms, Senders). Each card shows a short description, a live figure (for example "128 active contacts" or "2 scheduled campaigns"), and a button that opens the section.
  • Getting-started prompt: while the project has no sender, a banner at the top explains that a sender (from name and address) is needed before anything can be sent, with a "Set up a sender" button. It could also prompt for the next steps (add contacts, write a first campaign) until each is done.
  • Use existing endpoints where possible (contacts count, senders, campaigns, segments). If a cheap per-project summary endpoint is needed, add GET /projects/:id/summary.
  • Postak's own visual design, not a copy of another product's layout or copy.

Done when

  • New projects show the prompt, and it disappears once a sender exists.
  • The figures match the data.
  • Old links to /projects/:id still work (they now open the overview).
  • Component tests cover the prompt states and the cards.
