Today: inside a project, the sidebar only shows Projects / Users / Account. You move between a project's sections with a row of text links at the top of the contacts page (Senders · Templates · Forms · Segments · Members · Campaigns).

Plan

When a project is open, the sidebar shows that project's name and its sections: Overview, Contacts, Segments, Campaigns, Templates, Forms, Senders, Members, Settings. A "← All projects" link goes back.
Account, and Users / System info for the administrator, stay at the bottom of the sidebar.
The current section is highlighted (aria-current). Navigation is a labelled <nav> landmark and works by keyboard.
Remove the text-link row from the project pages.
Owner-only items (Members management, Settings) are visible to members but read-only. The backend already enforces this.

Done when

Every project page is reachable from the sidebar.
Component tests cover project vs. global navigation and the active state.
