(a) Test sends personalise with sample/blank contact data by default instead of the first real ACTIVE contact. Optionally let the user pick a contact; the dialog states whose data is used.

(b) Campaign Duplicate copies the publicLink setting with a fresh publicId, and copies the new recipient selection (include/exclude groups and segments).

Tests for both.
