CSV:

Optional groups column on import: group names separated by ; (separator to be decided and documented).
Missing groups are created by default (behaviour documented).
Import-level option: 'add all imported contacts to group X'.
Export includes a groups column using the same separator.

Sign-up forms:

Optional 'add new subscribers to these groups' setting.
Membership applies when the contact becomes active/confirmed; decide and document the behaviour for double opt-in (e.g. applied on confirmation).
