Filter contacts by group.
Groups column showing truncated chips.
Row checkboxes with 'select all on page' and 'select all N matching the current filter/search'.
Bulk actions: Add to group / Remove from group (work for both explicit selection and all-matching selection).
Group page/list showing members (paged) with remove.
Tests for filter, bulk add/remove (including select-all-matching) and member paging.
