On the contact profile page:

Groups section showing the contact's groups as removable chips, plus an add-to-group control.
Read-only 'Matches segments' list: evaluate the project's saved segments against this contact with the existing rule engine.
Segment matching is only meaningful for ACTIVE contacts; for non-active contacts show a note instead (e.g. 'Only active contacts are included in segments').
