Scope

Background scheduler (@nestjs/schedule): every-minute dispatch of due campaigns; daily 06:00 report snapshot
ReportSnapshot model and daily report endpoints
Sender management UI (SMTP / SES)
Documentation base: ROADMAP.md, docs/internal/ (architecture, data model, API, operations), docs/user/ (getting started, contacts, campaigns, reports)
Annotated git tags v0.1.0-v0.4.0

Verified: snapshot for the send day showed sent 3 / opened 1 / clicked 1, matching the Phase 2 campaign.

Note: this phase shipped the scheduler but no way to schedule a campaign; that gap was closed in Phase 7.
