Today:

Campaigns can be created but not edited in the UI (the API supports it).
The body is always Markdown.
There's no preview, no test send, no duplicate, no delete, and "Send now" doesn't ask for confirmation.

Plan

New campaign page:
- sender (with a "set up your first sender" link if there are none)
- recipients (all active contacts, or a segment, with a live recipient count)
- subject
- editor: Plain text, Markdown or HTML
- template
Edit campaign page for DRAFT and SCHEDULED campaigns. It has a side-by-side preview (a sandboxed iframe) rendered for a sample contact or one you choose.
Send test email to any addresses (at most 5), marked [Test], not tracked, and not counted.
Duplicate any campaign as a new draft.
Delete drafts.
Sending or scheduling asks for confirmation with the recipient count.
API:
- POST .../campaigns/:id/preview returns the rendered HTML and text
- POST .../test
- POST .../duplicate
- DELETE
