Today:

The confirmation email's text is fixed.
It's sent from the project's oldest sender, and silently not sent if the project has none.
There's no welcome email.

Plan

Per form:
- choose the sender
- set the confirmation email's subject and body (Markdown, with {{ confirm_url }} and contact placeholders)
- set the page or redirect shown after confirming
An optional welcome email, sent once the person is ACTIVE: right away for single opt-in, after confirmation for double opt-in.
If a double opt-in form has no sender, the editor shows a warning, and the form refuses to accept double opt-in sign-ups instead of dropping them silently.
Confirmation and welcome emails go through the same renderer, with an unsubscribe link (welcome email) and the List-Unsubscribe headers.
