Today:

Forms can't be edited or deleted.
Form.settings is stored but nothing reads it.
The fields are fixed (email, first name, last name).

Plan

PATCH and DELETE /projects/:id/forms/:fid. The settings follow a validated schema; don't accept arbitrary JSON.
Edit form page with tabs and a live preview beside them:
- Settings: name, button label, intro text, fine print, thank-you message, thank-you redirect URL (https only), allow embedding
- Fields: email (always on), first name, last name, and custom fields saved to contact.data.<key>; each can be required or optional, with its own label and placeholder
- Style: colours, font, button colour, corner radius. Simple, safe CSS values only.
- Double opt-in: on or off, plus the confirmation email (see the emails issue)
Deleting a form needs confirmation. The contacts it collected stay.
