Problem: the scheduler and a manual "Send" (or two clicks) could both pass the "not yet sent" check and deliver the same campaign twice.

Fix: sending claims the campaign with a conditional update (DRAFT/SCHEDULED -> SENDING); only one caller can win. Unschedule uses the same pattern.

Tests: e2e "refuses to send or edit a campaign that was already sent" and "dispatches due scheduled campaigns" (second tick sends nothing).

Fixed in v0.7.0.
