Delivered in v0.1.0.

Scope

  • NestJS + TypeScript backend, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, Docker Compose
  • Database schema for all planned features
  • Auth: register, login (JWT), me; bcrypt password hashing
  • Root admin bootstrap from POSTAK_USER / POSTAK_PASSWORD
  • Projects (create/list/get/delete)
  • Contacts: create, list, count, unsubscribe, bulk CSV import
  • /api/health

Fixed during the phase

  • argon2 native build failed on Alpine; switched to bcryptjs
  • admin@localhost was rejected by email validation; local domains allowed
  • Prisma engine needed OpenSSL + linux-musl-openssl-3.0.x target on Alpine

Verified: login, project create, contact add, CSV import, and counts via live API calls.
